Needing a place to lift weights? This is just the place! The equipment is designed for a total body workout. There are a total of 17 weight machines (no free weights), 6 cardio machines, and 12 aerobic steps. The weight machines are adjustable from 10-220 pounds. A supervisor will be on hand at all times to give assistance if needed. |

A chance for families to enjoy swimming during the winter months. Open swim is held at the Braille School pool. |
Lap swimming is a very popular form of aerobic exercise and is a wonderful way to help meet your fitness goals! Please note that this program is intended for LAP SWIMMING ONLY. Any other type of open swim or play is NOT permissible. |
This program provides you with a great cardiovasular workout to music in the water. Benefits include: improved breathing, relieves tension, great for therapy, stimulates circulation, increased energy and helpful for overweight, orthopedic problems. |

Wanna learn modern martial arts? Join this group! It is for all ages and is held at the Recreation Center. |
Don’t slip back into a routine of inactivity just because it is cold outside! Warm up by participating in a wide variety of fun exercise activities and earn points for doing so. There are over 20 different fun exercise activities on our list that can be participated in to accumulate points towards reaching the final goal by February 23. All participants who reach this point goal will earn a t-shirt commemorating your success that you can then show off to all your friends and family! |
