A group from AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps), Cedar 5, is in the process of helping Vinton Parks & Recreation Department build a Veterans Memorial. Cedar 5 will be spending eight weeks to make the memorial reality. The project started August 12 and the team is making staggering progress. A special thanks to the AmeriCorps NCCC!
