Aqua Aerobics

A great cardiovascular workout without the impact on your joints. Session dates will be advertised on Facebook and at the Recreation Center. Must pre-register.
Sessions: March - April, September - November
Days: Sundays at 5:30 PM and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM

Stronger 35 Program

Stronger 35 focuses on the three 35 minute workouts weekly. Each day's workout builds on the previous day to maximum strength. Helping you get stronger and leaner. Commit to get fit. *No running or burpees*

Indoor Walking

Feel free to stop by and walk indoors around our Skate & Activity Center. Hours are 8:00 - 9:00 AM, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Fee is 50¢/day. Our Skate Center monthly calendar will have exact dates and times.

Our Recreation Center is also open for walking during our open hours year round. There is no fee.

Lap Swim

Lap swimming is a very popular form of aerobic exercise and is a wonderful way to help meet your fitness goals! Must register online or at the Recreation Center.

Pickleball 101

Have you always wanted to play pickleball but have been afraid because you don’t know what the guidelines are? We have the perfect class for you! Come join us for Pickleball 101, an introductory course to all things pickleball.

Senior Activities

We have a wide variety of activities that we offer to adults ages 55+! Activities include indoor walking, poker walks, BINGO walks, open pickleball, card games, and cribbage. Coffee and donuts will be provided by local businesses on Wednesdays. Activities are held November - April, with morning times. Be sure to check the Skate & Activity Center monthly calendar for exact dates and times.
